Levitra is an oral drug for male impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction . It works by dilating blood vessels in the penis, allowing the inflow of blood needed for an erection. By doing this, Levitra allows increased blood flow into the penis, which is necessary to achieve and maintain an erection.

Take vardenafil tablets by mouth with or without food. Follow the directions on the prescription label. The dose is usually taken about 1 hour before sexual activity. Special care may be needed. At this time, this medicine is not for use in children.

Do not take Levitra with grapefruit or juice from this fruit. Interactions between Levitra and grapefruit can be dangerous.
